La Coste de los Andes
La Coste de los Andes: Elevating Wine with Nature’s Purest Touch.
Organic Excellence from the Heart of the Andes
As part of their internationalization plan, La Coste de los Andes cultivates its own grapes in Alto Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo), Gualtallary, and Los Chacayes (Uco Valley). The wines produced in Argentina are 100% organic, harnessing the unique altitude and extreme climate of the Andes Mountain Range. They also embrace biodynamic principles inspired by Château La Coste to enhance the expression of these three terroirs.
Winery Director Lucas represents a new generation of winemakers revolutionizing Argentine wine with his talent and sensitivity. With extensive experience, he oversees two harvests each year: one in the northern hemisphere (Aix-en-Provence, France) and another in the southern hemisphere (Mendoza, Argentina).
Their philosophy emphasizes preserving and respecting the terroir, safeguarding the essence of the soil. The mountain climate and diverse soils contribute complexity, elegance, and natural concentration to their wines. They have been committed to organic agriculture and sustainable viticulture since their vineyards became organic certified in 2014.
