Kungfu Girl

Kungfu Girl

Kungfu Girl is a totally unexpected dry Riesling from Washington State

Riesling from Washington

Kung Fu Girl Riesling has a medium-bodied aroma with pleasant notes of peach, canataloupe melon, apricot, and a touch of citrus blossom. The taste is almost dry and fresh with good balance and hints of peach, melon and a touch of citrus zest. The wine has an excellent fruitiness and a good length of taste. Production The grapes come from the Evergreen vineyard managed according to the criteria of sustainable agriculture and planted in 1998.

The vineyard is located near the Columbia River in Washington State's newest AVA Ancient Lakes. The soil is volcanic soil with elements of gravel and lime. After harvesting, the bunches are pressed and fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The wine is stored with the lees for 6 months.

Food pairing

Fits excellent for light and medium-strength fish and seafood dishes. The dishes are welcome to have Asian elements and it doesn't matter if there is a bit of spicy heat in the dish OR enjoy the wine just by itself.
