GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation
The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council). The EU has adopted a new data protection regulation (GDPR) that replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act. The regulation has applied since 25 May 2018.

About the Membership
The newsletter is owned and operated by Philipson Söderberg AB (hereinafter referred to as Philipson Söderberg). Membership is free of charge. To subscribe, you must provide your name and email address. You can subscribe yourself on the Philipson Söderberg website or through other channels offered by Philipson Söderberg. To subscribe to the newsletter, you must be at least 20 years old.
Our Subscription Benefits
As a recipient of our newsletter, you receive offers and information provided via email, on the Philipson Söderberg website, and through other communication channels. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the Philipson Söderberg has your correct personal and contact details in order to guarantee that benefits, allocations and invitations reach you. Processing of Your Personal Data
When you subscribe to Philipson Söderberg’s newsletter, the information you provide is stored in Philipson Söderberg’s database. Philipson Söderberg will process your personal data to administer your subscription and provide you with personalised offers. The processing of your personal data for personalised offers and direct marketing is based on a legitimate interest assessment grounded in Philipson Söderberg’s business and commercial interests. We do not have any partners who receive your data.
Personalised offers are sent when you accept the terms of subscription of Philipson Söderberg’s newsletter. You unsubscribe at any time, after which you will no longer receive these offers. Under certain conditions and in accordance with applicable legislation, you also have the right to request deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing (including for marketing or analytical purposes), and data portability.
Recipients of Your Personal Data
Philipson Söderberg will not sell or disclose your personal data to any other company for marketing purposes. If suppliers or partners process your personal data on behalf of Philipson Söderberg, agreements will be made to ensure high protection and correct processing.
Termination of Your Subscription
The subscription remains valid until further notice. You may terminate it at any time with immediate effect. Philipson Söderberg may also terminate your subscription if abuse is suspected. Philipson Söderberg is not liable for damages resulting from legal requirements, government action, war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, riots, or similar circumstances.
